To request deletion of your personal data, email us at info@whaleexpress.com.
Please include
- Full name
- Email used for contact/booking
- Booking reference (if applicable)
- What you want deleted (contact emails, booking data, etc.)
Processing time
We aim to process requests within 30 days, depending on legal obligations.
Bookings made via Turitop
If your booking was created through Turitop, your data may be stored on their systems. We may need to coordinate the request with them, and some information may be retained where required by law (e.g., accounting).
Identity verification
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
