When you use the contact form that opens your email app (mailto:), the message is sent through your email provider. We receive the data you include (name, email, message, phone if provided) in order to reply to your request.

4. Bookings & payments (Turitop)

Online bookings are processed by our booking platform partner: Turitop (Turitop S.L.). When you book, Turitop may collect data such as your name, email, phone number, booking details and payment-related information.

We do not store booking data on this website. We access booking details only as needed to deliver the service and support your reservation.

5. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is processed by WhatsApp under their privacy policy. We will only use the conversation to reply and assist you regarding your booking or questions.
